Warranty Policy

Möbius has set high standards for its product line to ensure customer satisfaction. Our warranty policy is designed to address both non-rejectable items and rejectable defects, providing clarity and assurance to our valued customers.

Non-Rejectable Items (Excluded from Warranty)

The following items are not covered under warranty:

• Calcium-chloride damage: Damage caused by salt and de-icing chemicals.

• Improper surface care: Damage resulting from the use of harsh chemicals, solvents, or pressure washing.

• Loading and unloading damage: Damage incurred during offloading, which can be minimized by exercising care and using appropriate protective measures.

• Install damage: Damage resulting from improper installation procedures or later rejection of installed items.

• Chipping where hardware is installed: Damage occurring during or as a result of hardware installation, which can be prevented by following proper procedures.

• Cracking from improper soil drainage: Damage caused by inadequate soil drainage leading to cracking.

• Packing marks as a result of long-term storage: Damage resulting from prolonged storage.

• This warranty does not cover damage from misuse or improper care and will void the product warranty.

• Rejectable Defects (Included in Warranty)

The following defects are covered under warranty:

• Structural Cracks: Cracks that compromise the integrity of the structure for its intended use, meeting specific criteria for width and length.

• Excessively large pitting: Pitting exceeding a certain diameter.

• Large chips: Chips smaller than a specified size can be repaired using appropriate methods.

• Extreme abnormal variation in print lines or pattern• Rust stains upon arrival.

• Visible repairs: Repairs should meet specific standards of cleanliness and uniformity.

Any defect compromising the product's structural integrity or its acceptable appearance, as determined by industry standards and a visual assessment from a distance of 25 feet, is considered a rejectable defect and is covered by warranty.

 

Warranty Specifications

Möbius warrants that all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of the product invoice. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alterations, misuse, tampering, negligence, or abuse. Möbius will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of any items found defective upon inspection by an authorized service representative.

Multi-Piece Projects

For projects containing multiple pieces, only the compromised pieces will be evaluated for replacement. All damaged pieces may be claimed for warranty, and Möbius will replace them individually.

For replacements not covered under warranty, please contact your sales representative for a new quote. The average time from the start of production to shipment is approximately 6 weeks, with shipment times varying by location. You will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.
